I learned to make quick & easy breadsticks this weekend

They were really quick and easy, only 30 minutes start to finish. I recommend more cheese than they recommend, naturally, and it's harder to get the shredded cheese to stick, but if you can it's totally worth the crunchiness it provides to the top of the tender yummy breadsticks.
I ate them with Classico Florentine Spinach Cheese (red) sauce. It was delicious and I ate way too many of them. I plan to try them with whole wheat flour, maybe let them rise a little longer.
